Yes — you all waited for this, and not only waited, you truly earned this! NEZ Drift Championship, one of the oldest drifting championships in Europe and celebrating its incredible 15-year anniversary next season — WOW! And in this special jubilee year we are announcing a 4-round championship! We’re officially BACK with 4 rounds, and let us just say — this is only the beginning, because our plans are BIG!

In the coming days we’ll already start revealing information about the rounds, and very soon you’ll also get the full season regulations. But for now… celebrate with us! We are back with four awesome rounds, and honestly — even we didn’t expect such a powerful lineup… but we absolutely love new friendships, returning partners, and this perfect 4-round combo made just for YOU!

Chicago Drift – without a doubt, one of the loudest and most intense drift events in Finland! Aggressive driving, top-level drivers, a limited and exclusive driver field, a fantastic organizing team, and simply the perfect place to start the season. It’s truly amazing that NEZ is starting a partnership with Chicago Drift — and yes, this friendship even has beautiful historical roots behind it!

Estonia – this time we are heading to Pärnu track. Fast, challenging, and with that real festival vibe, because after all, it’s a seaside city. Alongside NEZ, other classes will also compete, meaning lots of cars, lots of action, and a seriously powerful weekend of drifting!

Tierp Arena – we’ll say it boldly and proudly: this is a true home of motorsport! Known as the home of the European Drag Racing Championship, and with even more disciplines returning there in 2026. But most importantly, thanks to a strong cooperation with the Swedish Drift Championship, NEZ Drift will take place at this historically significant motorsport venue, bringing together thousands of spectators and an incredible driver lineup!

Riga, Biķernieki – and of course, what could be better than finishing the championship in Biķernieki! One of the most special tracks in Europe and truly the perfect place to close the season. Here we will finish the fight, celebrate together, and mark the 15-year anniversary of NEZ Drift — at the track that has been home to NEZ Drift every single year.

NEZ Drift Championship – Round 1: A Spectacular Start in Finland in amazing place- we would call that - the diamond in Finland!

The opening round of the 2025 NEZ Drift Championship concluded with great success in Finland this past weekend, marking a truly memorable beginning to the season.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Finnish organizers for their incredible hospitality and effort. Hosting a NEZ Drift Championship event for the first time is no small thing, and they did an outstanding job in delivering a well-organized, professional, and unforgettable experience. The event ran smoothly, and the entire atmosphere was electric from start to finish.

A special mention must be made of the track — a truly fantastic venue that provided the perfect stage for fierce battles, great runs, and breathtaking action. Thank you to the organizing team for their hard work, passion, and dedication in making this event such a success.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all the drivers who traveled to Finland to compete. Their skill, commitment, and showmanship delighted the fans and elevated the championship to new heights. The performances on track were nothing short of spectacular, setting a high standard for the rest of the season.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible fans who came out to support the event. Your energy, enthusiasm, and love for the sport create the unbeatable atmosphere that makes drift events so special — thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Hyvinkään Urheiluautoilijat is thrilled to host the season-opening NEZ Drift Championship in Finland on April 25^th-26^th 2025!

money prize fund
1st Place: 5000 €
2nd Place: 3000 €
3rd Place: 1500 €
Qualification Winner cashes in additional 500 €

NEZ series has no invitation, no entry fee, so you get in just with the competition fee- 150 EUR.

For 13 years, the NEZ drift championship has determined the strongest in the Northern region! We have big plans for the future and NEZ has time to grow bigger, but we have to run NEZ with respect, so maybe YOU will be the one to win the title of NEZ Drift Champion and win the gold medal for the final time.

The NEZ Championship in 2024 will be held with two stages, or originally two countries, which are on the calendar of each year from the first day.

BUT what next? next we are preparing a surprise for you, working together with Finland, Sweden and other countries, it is time to grow and it is time to give even more opportunities to drivers.

The NEZ drift championship is an open championship for any driver, but for season registrations, every PRO driver can apply for the stage when the registration will be announced before the current event.

There will be one champion, the medals will be distributed, and this time we will find out the best from two stages and reward them at the big Gala ceremony in Riga already in November.
